MenUViolet is designed solely for personal use to scan menus and produce Optical Character Recognition (OCR) results. By using the application, you agree that this is your sole purpose for using it. Any use of the application for data aggregation, commercial purposes, or any other use outside of personal menu scanning is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Unfunk Brothers, LLC.
2. Information We Collect
- Camera and Device Features: MenUViolet uses your device’s camera and phone features (locally) to scan menus and process OCR results, but does not aggregate the bitmap path to a server at this time.
- No User Data Collection: We do not collect or store any personal or device data from you at this time.
- Future Data Collection: We reserve the right to collect limited user data in the future to improve application performance and user experience.
3. Third-Party Library Dependencies
MenuViolet utilizes third-party libraries and dependencies to provide OCR functionality and other features. While we do not directly collect or share user data, these third-party providers may collect aggregate data as part of their operations. We disclaim liability for any data collection, processing, or aggregation performed by these third-party libraries. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for additional information.
4. Interaction Data
In the future, we may collect anonymized data on how users interact with MenuVibe to better understand application performance and improve functionality. Any such data collection will be transparent and compliant with applicable laws.

Since no user data is collected or stored by MenUViolet at this time, there should be no risk of your data being compromised by our application. However, any data created and stored locally on your device is your responsibility to protect. Third party libraries that allow the application to function are not affiliated with us, and are not our responsibility. Our goal (unlike many applications is to aggregate as little data as possible, and use customer feedback to provide a good experience).
